Heading to Sin City for Cinco de Mayo weekend? Las Vegas has some amazing, authentic Mexican restaurants to hit up on Cinco de Mayo. We’re partial to the life-changing chips and salsa from El Dorado Cantina, but Bonito Michoacán, Baja Mar, Rivas and Tacos El Gordo are a few more local favorites. Even if it’s just the Roberto’s drive-thru, it still counts. Go nuts.
Decorate — or Just Get Dressed Up
Get into the spirit with some red, white and green decor. Mexico flags are a colorful, easy way to get any house — or party — into the spirit. Hang some flags, grab a maraca or two and hang a piñata to accentuate the margs and madness.
If you don’t feel like decking out the casa, throw on some florals and tassels before heading out to your Cinco de Mayo bashes.
