Classic Margarita
Ah, the margarita. A tequila dream with fresh lime juice, triple sec and (usually) a silver tequila that makes every party start, end and keep going. Make it a frozen margarita by blending ice into the mixture.

Fresh and Easy Piña Coladas
Want a beach escape, but you live in the desert? A fruity cocktail made with pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut milk is the perfect antidote to 100+ degree weather.
Want it extra fruity? Add coconut rum for a boost of flavor.
Mojitos
Traditionally, mojitos are made with rum, lime juice, fresh mint and sugar. Strawberry-lemon mojitos and watermelon mojitos are an excellent twist, with fresh basil and just as fresh fruit for just the right amount of sweetness and complexity.
Mai Tai
Known as the rum drink of the summer, any orange liqueur or orange juice will do to make a delicious mai tai. Use white rum or dark rum — or light rum, who cares, it’s your drink — alongside curaçao syrup, orgeat and fresh lime juice. It’s the perfect summer cocktail to take to the pool, beach, mountains or backyard.
Classic Daiquiri
Fun fact: the daiquiri is nearly 125 years old and was invented in Cuba. Summer drinks like daiquiris with white rum and lime juice are a refreshing twist for a hot summer’s day. For added flavor, make it a watermelon daiquiri or a strawberry daiquiri.
Long Island Iced Tea
Ready to make mistakes? As the gauntlet of summer cocktails, the classic long island iced tea has tequila, run, gin AND vodka, among many other ingredients. Is it a refreshing cocktail? It’s up to you.
Root Beer Float
